Train Adventure
Well, after Kakadu, which hopefully I posted enough pictures of, because there are about three gigs more so let me know if you want more, we took the train from Alice Springs to Katherine to Darwin. Good times on an over night train journey. Check another thing off the list if things I accomplished from the bucket list in oz :)
More Pictures from Kakadu
There are a ton of pictures from this trip and those that travelled with me know that I am going to scrapbook the f@$# out of them but till then, some more pictures for the rest of you to enjoy. There are no words to do them justice.
Two Girls and a Guy
Well, by far the best part of traveling is the friends you meet along the way. So, some how, poor Mark thought it would be a good idea to go traveling with Heather and I. Poor guy, though, at the end he did admit it wasn't so bad. The trip started with the three of us flying to Darwin (Darwin meant arriving in the Northern Territory, which means inhave officially been in all states in Australia) before taking off on our amazing Kakadu adventure. Just a small tour group, nine of us in total. We swam in waterfalls, saw crocodiles ( with some of us convinced they were going to eat us, yes it was me) held a snake, learned about aboriginal artwork and did some hiking. Our tour guide cooked all of our meals in the camp fire and the roast chicken was fit. We slept under the stars and just generally had a good time. Kakadu was absolutely beautiful and the weather was amazing.
Margaret River
Well, as my brother pointed out, I should probably not quit my day job. I am probably the worst blogger ever. It once again has been more than a month since my last post. My only excuse, I have been having a blast and traveling. I have ignored technology and enjoyed the adventure. But some quick posts to catch you all up. I have come to the conclusion most of you don't read what I write, you just look at the pictures anyway. This is okay, means I can write whatever here, sound totally stupid and you guys have no idea because you are just like oh, pretty pictures. I have officially left the bubble that is Perth. I miss everyone there dearly. I made friends there that will last a lifetime. Thank you to those wonderful people, some of which, are most likely following this blog now. Before I left Perth, I took a day trip down to the beautiful Margaret River. Though the weather was not perfect, I saw some amazing things. Saw the point where the Indian Ocean meets the South Ocean. Saw caves, went to a vineyard, visited the actual town of Margaret River. Saw wildlife and hada good relaxing day.

This is a story of two girls
This is a story of two girls, who rode a bike around a whole island, and though they look so silly in photographs, they could not have had more fun.
For those of you who don't recognize the song lyrics, they are song lyrics and this is my attempt at being funny.
Heather and I took an adventure out to Rottnest island. We had an absolute blast.
The day started with Heather whining about the rain. I, however, insisted it would be a lovely day and we went anyway. Turns out, I was right, the sun came out and the skies went blue and it was beautiful out. I would just like to say, I was right.
After the ferry ride over, we went and rented bicycles or should I say, a bicycle. Upon arriving at the shop and discovering that we could rent a tandem bike, we decided we had no choice but to do it. For those that have never ridden a tandem bike, beware, not as easy as it seems. I am happy to report, after only one fall and one scraped elbow on Heather, we rode around the enter island on a bicycle. More than 22 Kms. Check that off the bucket list. We stopped and saw all the sights and I did a bit of snorkeling. Didn't see much but did take some fun underwater pictures with my brand spanking new camera.
