Mom and Dad, You would be so proud.

So, I spent Monday being a tourist. I went to the City Botanical Gardens. See some pictures posted below. It was beautiful. Justine, there is a picture of the tree we climbed and it's origin. Mom, Dad, the next part is the one you will be proud of. I went on a tour of the parliament buildings. Now mom, there is a test when I get home. Women have been allowed to vote here since 1905, the house of commons has green carpets because they used to meet and vote out on the grass before meeting in house,red in the upper house because that was the colour royalty originally picked, the tables used to be two sword lengths wide because they used to wear swords in parliament and well, you know, basically to avoid battles.
